All our products (including eBooks, digital downloads, and online training materials) are delivered electronically. Because digital items cannot be returned, all sales are final.
Once your purchase is completed and the files are delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Exceptions
We may consider a refund only in the following rare cases:
You were charged twice for the same product.
You experienced a technical issue preventing you from accessing the purchased content, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
